Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a REFUND or EXCHANGE within 10 days. Item/items will need to be in original packaging, (try on is acceptable), not worn out, tags attached and not damaged. Items returned for a REFUND or EXCHANGE must be received within 10 days from the delivery date. Please note that a 10% restocking fees will be applied to all orders requesting a refund. Shipping cost for approved items returned are at customer’s expense. Items received after the exchange deadline, worn, missing tags, and damage will be returned to sender at sender's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you would like to exchange within the exchange window/timeframe. To avoid waiting until we receive your return, please make a separate purchase for the new item (we'll refund the return item) or wait until your return is received to make the exchange. Exchange purchase must be made within 10 days from receipt of your return item. If purchase is not made by the 10 day timeframe, your original item will need shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
